Adoptable neon dragon [Pending]

I really had fun with the design, wasn't sure which colours to use at first, but I like the black/purple and neon blue.
I wanted to give this budy everything he needs to be like a night hunter, this creature of the night hunts only when the sun is gone so to easily merge with the environment because of his dark skin. Those big claws look like they could be in the way, but it allows him to be nimble and quick. His mane that goes all the way down to his tails can be mistaken for grass in the dark. He hides it's glowing body beneath his wings as he flattens down to the ground when he spots its pray. In conclusion, his markings and tail glow brighter when the moon is at its fullest.

I've laid out some info of him/her[you can change that], but you can change that if you like. If possible keep the design as close as possible, then again you can change a few traits, I don't mind. Please credit me at least once if you use him/her!
